AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md. Fork the repo, work on a feature branch, and open a PR into main. Add pkg:* labels (pkg:agent, pkg:ai, pkg:coding-agent, pkg:tui). Before committing, run npm run check (format, lint, type-check, installer/rendering checks). It does not run tests.
