Installation via `install.sh` (repo-hosted public installer, 2026-08-15). Requirements: Node >= 22.8.0, npm >= 11.10, pnpm >= 11, Python >= 3.10, Git. The web workspace (`pnpm --dir web`) is isolated; never run `pnpm install` at repo root. Release pipeline was removed (`implementation/remove-release-ci`, `.github/workflows/build-binaries.yml` removed 2026-08-14/15).
